In this workshop, Sarah will guide students though an exploration of mapping out these five primary winds in the body, through guided meditation, somatic awareness, asana, and yoga nidra.
In a process that requires an openness of curiosity, play, and inner attunement, we can expect to become more aware and awakened, more integrated and understanding of their functions and effects on the body, mind and spirit.
